Hi, I'm Kristin Lee — operations & AI systems leader, founder of Automate & Align, and published author. I help businesses and creators replace manual chaos with systems that actually run themselves.
Automate & Align was founded to do one thing well: untangle the messy middle of growing businesses. I've spent my career building the operational backbone behind teams — and proving, on my own time, what's possible when you stop waiting for the right credentials and start using the right tools.
The work is simple in principle: find the bottlenecks, design the system, embed AI where it earns its keep, and hand it back to you in a way you'll actually use. No bloated stack. No software you don't need. Just the operational backbone that lets you focus on the work you love.
On the creative side, I teach the same discipline.
